Cancellation Policy
If written notice is received by the resort, confirmed reservations may be cancelled under the following conditions:
- Fourteen days before arrival: No fees for cancellation. A credit voucher will be issued for the entire cost of the reservation.
- Within 14 days of check-in: 20% of the total booking price will be charged as cancellation fees. The remaining 80% will be covered by a credit voucher.
- Within 24 hours of check-in: 100% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Please take note that Credit Vouchers will only be granted after payment in full for the reservation.
